A potential brand is supposed to carry strong positive reputation that might attract better people or we can say quality customers. Brand reputation highly depends on customer’s trust and his/her confidence in a service or product. They can be considered as valuable resource for a firm. They can invite new businesses and hence can nurture your brand image.

A good business reputation can make you more money. A person tends to spend more on branded products rather than spending on an ordinary one. This thing happens only when you have a strong positive image that leaves a distinct trace on customer’s mind. Now when he/she comes across that same brand name, being a customer, the inclination will be in favor of that particular product or service.
